Salary: £140 – £210 per day (dependent on experience and pay scale)
About the Role:
A vibrant and creative secondary school in Stockport is looking to appoint an enthusiastic Art & Design Teacher to teach across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4. The successful candidate will have a strong passion for art education and a proven track record of promoting creativity and independent thinking in students.
Responsibilities Include:
* Delivering creative and engaging art lessons with a focus on both traditional techniques and digital media
* Supporting students through their GCSE Art coursework and portfolios
* Organising displays, exhibitions, and enrichment activities within the department
* Contributing to curriculum planning and departmental development
Candidate Profile:
* QTS in Art & Design or a related discipline
* Strong subject knowledge in both practical and theoretical elements of art
* Passion for nurturing student creativity and confidence
* Experience teaching GCSE Art is desirable

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
