Role Responsibilities
* Leading and managing audits for a diverse client portfolio, from planning to completion
* Ensuring high-quality, efficient, and timely audit processes for clients
* Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering expert advice on compliance and regulatory issues
* Providing mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering professional growth within the team
* Developing and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for value-added services

Candidate Requirements
* ACA, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification
* Extensive experience in audit and assurance within a practice environment
* Proven ability to manage audit engagements, including complex assignments
* Strong technical knowledge of UK GAAP, IFRS, and audit regulations
* Excellent communication skills, capable of building strong client and team relationships
* Demonstrated ability to lead, manage, and mentor a team
* Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to identifying business opportunities
