* A Sous Chef to lead a busy quality hotel
* To continually drive standards of food forward
* A Sous Chef to support with P&L responsibility
* Developing a high-performing and motivated team
The Requirements:
* The ideal candidate will be a strong hands-on operator who thrives in a busy environment
* Experience with managing teams is a must
* You with have a passion and enthusiasm for delivering exceptional standards of food
* The successful Sous Chef will have led fresh food operations
* An engaging, friendly and enthusiastic personality is a must
* Must come from a busy Hotel or premium gastro pub background ideally with rosettes
