Position: Full-time Hours: 07:30-17:00, Monday to Friday Salary: £27,500 to £30,000 DOE Annual Leave: 22 days Bank Holidays Compliance Administrator/Supervisor: You will be instrumental in the planning, pricing, and scheduling of servicing activities in-line with client programmes, while also providing essential support to the management team by ensuring tasks are executed with accuracy, efficiency, and timeliness. This office-based position demands a high level of attention to detail, excellent communication abilities, and strong skills in managing documentation. Full training provided. Key Responsibilities Compliance Administrator/Supervisor Duties: Manage and schedule servicing tasks to meet client Service Level Agreements SLAs. Coordinate site access and verify that requested work can be performed. Optimise engineer travel routes to minimise fuel costs and travel time, enhancing productivity. Review engineers worksheets & certification upon job completion and prepare for Senior Management sign-off. Update client CAFM portals with accurate ETAs, appointment bookings, descriptions, and workflow status. Respond to internal office staff calls within three rings and provide support as needed. Answer calls from engineers within three rings and offer assistance. Handle client calls within three rings and provide necessary support. Ensure engineers arrive on-site at the scheduled time and call in when finishing jobs. Client Support: Maintain updated client portals to: Provide clients with a clear view of the companys performance. Schedule engineer appointments for efficient task completion and client communication. Respond to client queries via phone and escalate issues to appropriate line manager when necessary. Engineer Support: Ensure continuous workflows for all engineers. Procure parts as needed and accurately create purchase orders. In order to be successful in this role you must have: Confidence in using CRM systems and MS Office.
