We’re working with a pioneering engineering team building next-generation hardware designed to survive and operate in some of the harshest environments, this role sits at the heart of developing technology that must perform flawlessly when failure simply isn’t an option. This is a hands-on role where you’ll take ownership of hardware from concept through to real-world deployment.
What you’ll do
* Lead the design, build, and deployment of cold-hardened mechanical systems
* Develop hardware capable of operating under extreme thermal and mechanical stress
* Drive materials selection, sealing, and structural design for harsh climates
* Run prototype testing and cold chamber validation
* Collaborate with electrical, software, RF, and systems teams
* Support field testing and R&D deployments
What we’re looking for
* 7+ years’ experience developing real-world hardware
