The Role
As a Field Service Engineer, your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
1. Fault finding electrically on contactors, control electronics, battery packs, high voltage equipment etc.
2. Working mechanically when dismounting batteries, performing manual handling etc.
3. Working indoors in the workshop, or outdoors when driving to different bus/maintenance facilities
4. Operating as a team to confidently perform reactive repairs
About You
The ideal Field Service Engineer will have the following:
5. A recognised engineering qualification
6. Experience with, or a flexible mindset for, working effectively within a team
7. Openness to working outdoors and in muddied environments
8. A sound understanding of key electrical components
