Role: Sous Chef
As Sous Chef, you'll be the Head Chef's go-to for support, leading and engaging the kitchen team to deliver 14 great shifts week in, week out.
You'll be leading shifts, ensuring the kitchen runs effectively and safely. You're meticulous about details like stocks, Health & Safety, Hygiene, manning the pass to ensure our food goes out on-spec and on-time, and maintaining 5-star kitchen standards. You'll be on it. Like a chef's bonnet.

What you'll bring
* Likely an existing Sous Chef or a Junior Sous Chef/Assistant Kitchen Manager ready to advance
* Experience working with fresh ingredients and demonstrating good chef skills (food prep, cleaning, knife skills, hygiene)
* A proactive work ethic, leading from the front and delivering excellent standards as part of a high-performing team
* Driven and relentless in overcoming challenges
* Familiarity with KPIs and decision-making in the absence of the Head Chef, considering labour, stock, food safety, etc.
* Excellent communication skills for managing stakeholders and building trust (with Ops Chefs and Managers)
* Strong knowledge of rota scheduling, sales and labour forecasts, reporting, recruitment, HR, etc.
* Proven success in training and recruiting kitchen teams including Apprentices, KPs, Chefs, Junior Sous Chefs, and Sous Chefs.
