? About the Role:
As Registered Manager, youll lead a dedicated team supporting young people aged up to 17. Your leadership will help shape lives and create a nurturing, family-style environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage a team to provide high-quality, therapeutic care
* Ensure the home meets and exceeds Ofsted standards
* Oversee safeguarding, compliance, rota planning and staff development
* Provide hands-on support to children with emotional and behavioural needs
* Build strong relationships with external professionals and local authorities
About You:
Were looking for someone who is both caring and capable a leader who can create a stable, supportive home environment.
Youll need:
* Minimum 2 years experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy in a childrens home
* Level 3 Diploma in Children & Young Peoples Workforce (or equivalent)
* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Residential Childcare (or happy to enrol onto qualification)
* Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations and safeguarding procedures
* Experience supporting children with trauma, attachment issues and challenging behaviour
* Full UK manual driving licence
* A calm, resilient, and compassionate personality with a good sense of humour!
