As an Assistant Store Manager, you will lead a team of Cashiers, Lead Cashiers, and Customer Service Representatives to ensure exceptional customer service. You will work alongside other Assistant Store Managers, sharing responsibilities within the store to gain experience in service, risk, and people management. Your role is crucial in creating fans and enhancing our brand image.
Responsibilities:
* Supporting the Store Manager in supervising the team and operational activities
* Inspiring and nurturing colleagues by role modeling our values
* Assisting customers with complex queries
* Handling complaints and resolving issues
* Coordinating team schedules and providing leadership
* Supporting colleagues’ development and our Licence to Amaze scheme
* Participating in store events like Kids Rock, Money Zone, and Grand Openings
* Looking for ways to surprise and delight customers
