Main Responsibilities As a member of the Regional senior leadership team it is crucial, to take a 'whole company' perspective to the performance of Building Homes. A High level summary of key responsibilities: Oversee the Divisional Marketing function, by managing and offering guidance to the Marketing Coordinators, ensuring that regional and development marketing strategies are devised, executed, monitored, and evaluated. Ensure regional marketing activity across all digital and offline channels is brand compliant, targeted, and maximising ROI, by performing regular checks and organising audits with the Marketing Business Partners. Act as custodian of the Master Marketing Plan, liaising with Land, Sales, and BPs to gain insight of new developments, launches, existing activity and future campaign planning. Work alongside the Head of Digital Marketing and Communications Manager to plan and implement national campaigns, new buying schemes and tactical and seasonal messaging, as well as allocate budget to existing channels highlighted within the Marketing Toolkit. Work collaboratively with key stakeholders to troubleshoot focus developments, ensuring that a practical marketing budget is allocated and that any associated campaigns, content, and copy is scheduled and targeted to gain maximum ROI.
