Clinic Receptionist | Central London | £15.00 per hour
Zachary Daniels is proud to be partnering exclusively with a prestigious, luxury aesthetic clinic in Central London to recruit a Clinic Receptionist.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-end clinic renowned for its exceptional treatments and premium client experience. You'll be part of a close-knit, supportive team in a fast-paced and client-focused environment.
As the face of the clinic, you will be responsible for delivering a seamless, five-star experience to every client.
Clinic Receptionist Responsibilities:
- Acting as the first point of contact, welcoming clients with professionalism and warmth
- Managing calls, enquiries, and bookings in both Arabic and English
- Coordinating the clinic diary and ensuring efficient appointment scheduling
- Maintaining a pristine front-of-house and reception area
- Supporting clinicians with client flow and documentation
- Processing payments and updating client records accurately
- Promoting treatments, products, and services confidently
- Managing client communication channels, including WhatsApp
- Liaising with the wider team, including the Edinburgh clinic, to ensure smooth operations
Working Pattern
- 4-week rolling rota
- Monday: 10:00am - 6:00pm
