Overview

Location: Northern Ireland - 12 stores across the Area.

Salary: £Competitive + bonus, car and medical benefits - with 27 days annual leave & pension

Contract: Full-Time, 12 month fixed term contract (Monday to Friday)

The role is an integral part of the People and Retail teams, making a difference by driving the company\'s people strategy in our stores.


Responsibilities

* Partner with the Area Manager as a trusted advisor to support effective strategic and operational decision making across the area.
* Lead a team of Store People & Culture Business Partners across your geographical area. Inspirational leadership and providing clear direction is key.
* Collaborate effectively with the wider People & Culture team to enable a consistent, high-quality delivery of the P&C agenda.
* Coach and develop the retail leadership team on the area with a clear focus on great leadership and people management skills.
* Work in partnership to drive all people related KPIs across the area.
* Role model the Primark values and behaviours playing a key role in the culture of Primark, creating an environment where we are able to deliver an amazing colleague and customer experience.


Qualifications

* Proven senior HR professional experience from a comparable multisite background.
* Good thought leadership across all the HR drivers of performance, talent development, employee relations, employee culture and well-being.
* Excellent organisational, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills. As well as being highly analytical, being able to source actionable insights from people related data to make informed decisions.
* Strong leadership and coaching skills - ability to influence your team and others to communicate and inspire at all levels.
