Responsibilities of a Coffee Shop Assistant Manager at Costa Coffee:
Creating the perfect space for customers to relax with our coffee. You will have a unique skill for anticipating customer needs and thinking outside the box to create memorable moments.
Taking ownership of controllable costs within your store through effective management of stock, labour, and training. Recognize small wins and celebrate success along the way.
Inspiring your team to feel valued, get involved, and follow your lead, enabling them to execute with excellence.
Maintaining brand standards and owning health and safety within the store.
Training and developing your team to reach their full potential.
Requirements to be a Coffee Shop Manager at Costa Coffee:
A leader with coaching experience who leads from the front.
A commercial mind capable of thinking ahead and seeing the bigger picture, maximizing sales opportunities.
A brand ambassador ensuring great attention to brand standards.
An ambitious character eager to be part of our growth journey.
Ability to thrive under pressure and execute tasks efficiently.
Experience in managing and developing teams.
