Join Our Client's Team as a Temporary Ad Hoc Receptionist!
Are you a friendly and organised individual looking for ad hoc temporary work? We have the perfect opportunity for you! Our client is seeking a temporary ad hoc Receptionist to join their dynamic team in Welwyn Garden City and Letchworth Garden City.
Location: Welwyn Garden City / Letchworth Garden City
Pay: £13.45 per hour, paid on a weekly basis
Hours: Shifts vary from 08:00-13:00, 13:00-18:00 or 08:00-18:00
Key Responsibilities:
Greet clients and visitors with a warm smile
Answer incoming calls and manage inquiries efficiently
Maintain a tidy and organised reception area
Assist with administrative tasks as needed
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
What They're Looking For:
Excellent communication skills
A friendly, positive attitude
Strong organisational abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills
Previous experience in a reception or administrative role is a plus!
