New Business Development Manager - Print Industry
Huddersfield (Hybrid - nationwide travel)
£30,000 - £35,000 + uncapped commission (GP based) + car allowance/company car
We're recruiting a New Business Development Manager for a growing print business based in Huddersfield. This is a self-driven, autonomous sales role focused on generating new business across commercial and digital print.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities across commercial and digital print sectors
* Build and manage your own sales pipeline from lead generation through to close
* Develop long-term client relationships and repeat business opportunities
* Work independently to plan and structure your own diary and sales activity
* Attend client meetings nationwide, including regular travel across the UK
* Liaise with internal production and account teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery
* Meet and exceed GP targets, driving profitable growth for the business
Requirements
* Proven experience in commercial print, digital print, or direct mail sales
* Strong B2B new business development background
* Ability to self-generate leads and manage a full sales pipeline independently
* Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills
* Willingness to travel nationwide as required
* Ideally based in Yorkshire or commutable distance to Huddersfield
