Support individuals who:
* Live at Holmdale, aged 30 to 63
* Have profound physical and learning needs
* Require trained management of medication and clinical needs

Additional information:
* Staffing includes 4 in the morning, 3 in the afternoon, and night shifts with one waking and one sleeping staff
* Long days and night shifts with sleep-in duties
* Training in complex medication and clinical tasks like PEG, catheter, and stoma care
