Everlast Gyms is seeking a dedicated member experience ambassador for a 40 hour per week role that requires flexibility to cover shifts across the club.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
* Maximise every member and guest's experience in our club.
* Support the sales and retention of memberships through excellent customer service.
* Contribute to the cleaning and hygiene standards of the club as needed.
* Serve as a competent key holder of the club, covering shifts as required.
* Have a good understanding of the membership software system.
* Stay updated with current fitness challenges, class descriptions and gym floor focus, and participate in them.
* Support the fitness manager with gym floor operations.
* Be familiar with the products and services on offer.
* Maintain cleanliness of facilities, taking an active role in upkeep with the full team.
* Drive secondary sales and KPI targets.
* Handle member complaints competently and notify the relevant manager.

This role is a 12‑month fixed‑term contract. Requirements:

* Competence with all administrative duties.
* Driven and ambitious with a desire to learn and develop specific behaviours and competencies.
* Willingness to participate in learning and development opportunities for career progress.
* Able to step into operational key holder duties as required.
* Passionate about fitness, administration and customer service.
* Flexible to work shifts that suit business needs; able to take on additional duties to support teammates. Availability on weekends and bank holidays is vital.
