Job Description
Research + Development Engineer opportunity in a well-funded, leading company within renewable energy. The company are world leaders in this space and aim to play a key role in the global transition to clean, affordable energy.

Responsibilities:
* Support design and development.
* Produce design documents, including P &ID's & electrical drawings.
* Conduct failure mode analysis, and coordinate improvements to maximize efficiency.
* Communicate with wider teams in the business, specifically the test team.
Experience:
* Experience in process or manufacturing settings.
* Design work, experience taking designs through to implementation.
* Knowledge of basic thermodynamic calculations, including heat balance.
* Reading technical documents.
* Safety experience- HAZID, HAZOP, FMEA.
Any knowledge of hazardous gases including Hydrogen & thermodynamic processes would be a plus!
