We are seeking an experienced Head of Investment to lead our PBSA investment function, with particular responsibility for joint venture partnerships and portfolio-level investment performance. This role requires daily head office presence at our Cheadle office and would suit an Investment Manager looking to take the next step in their career, with experience working for an SME with JV partners.
This is a senior leadership role (with the opportunity to be a director-level role for the right candidate), working closely with the CEO, senior management team and JV partners to ensure our investment structures, reporting, and governance frameworks support long-term value creation. This role is based on-site at our Cheadle Head Office and reports to the CEO.
Role Description
* Lead investment strategy and performance across a growing PBSA portfolio
* Act as senior relationship owner for JV investment partners
* Oversee investment structures, reporting, and governance requirements
* Coordinate specialist teams to ensure accurate and timely investment information
* Provide strategic investment insight, analysis, and decision support
About You
* Proven experience in property investment, ideally within PBSA or living sectors
* Strong track record managing JV relationships or institutional capital
* Commercial, analytical, and confident operating at senior stakeholder level
* Comfortable leading cross‑functional teams and complex information flows
