EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW
A Customer Delivery Manager is our Reactive Sewer Services Operational Team Manager. You'll be based at our Bromsgrove site in Worcestershire. You’ll work within our Reactive Sewer Services Team, within Waste Networks, with approx. - direct reports, including Supervisors and Jetting Operatives.
Your purpose will be to manage a team of operatives, use strategic thinking and complex problem solving to figure out critical escalations from your team and proposing ways to protect, resolve and future proof issues on the network. It can be a hands-on role, meaning you could be out and about looking after your counties network in person with your team.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
With this being such a critical role, we’re looking for someone who can join us hours a week Monday to Friday, including some evenings and weekends on a standby rota.
