Working within the Organisational Development & Culture (OD&C) department the post holder will work collaboratively with subject specialists and staff focus groups to produce high quality eLearning packages, videos and podcasts and other forms of TEL intervention. They will be resourceful and work well with direction from the Organisational Development Practitioner (ODP) and using their own initiative to scope development requirements and manage workflow. The postholder will also be responsible for liaising with clinical and professional colleagues to support the delivery of compulsory learning provision. Additionally, they will work closely with the Organisational Development (OD) team in developing training packages specialising in Learning and Development skills.
The post holder will provide system administration, technical support, and advice on eLearning creation. You will be an accomplished and self-motivated individual with excellent technical, digital and media skills. They will have the ability to work under your own initiative with minimal supervision, working to tight deadlines and changing priorities. They will also be involved in the evaluation and on-going development of these programmes.
The post includes diary management, maintenance of accurate records and digital information management. The post holder will develop training that engages, motivate and provides key information to learning, which can be measured against agreed outcomes, aims and requirements.
