Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Commercial Property Solicitor 3 years PQE+ based in our Dunmow office.
Main tasks and responsibilities
* Drafting leases including subleases and underleases
* Landlord and Tenant matters
* Disposal of leasehold and freehold property
* Acquisitions
* Dealing with unregistered land
* Drafting Telecommunication leases
* Advice on deed of Surrender and Deed of Variation on acquisitions
* Advising on forfeiture provisions
* Advising on expired commercial leases (periodic tenancies/trespassers/mesne profits)
The successful candidate will be working independently within a supportive team and will be provided with a high degree of autonomy. Hybrid working arrangements will be considered after an initial probation period.
