Job Description
* Manage credit control processes for Spanish-speaking clients.
* Monitor and chase overdue accounts to ensure timely payments.
* Communicate effectively with customers to resolve payment queries.
* Maintain accurate records of credit control activities in the accounting system.
* Collaborate with internal teams to address account discrepancies.
* Prepare regular reports on outstanding debts and account statuses.
* Provide exceptional customer service to maintain strong client relationships.
* Assist with additional administrative tasks as required within the Accounting & Finance department.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Spanish Credit Controller should have:
* Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
* Previous experience in credit control or a related Accounting & Finance role.
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Attention to detail and the ability to work to deadlines.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and team collaboration.
