I’m looking for a Property Services Co-ordinator to join a busy and friendly team supporting responsive repairs, voids, compliance, and planned maintenance across a diverse portfolio of homes. What You’ll Be Doing: ✅ Diagnosing repairs, raising works orders, and tracking progress ✅ Processing invoices and keeping asset/contract data up to date ✅ Liaising with residents, contractors, and local authorities ✅ Supporting planned works, voids, and aids & adaptations ✅ Responding to enquiries and assisting with complaints ✅ Coordinating satisfaction surveys and maintaining records What I’m Looking For: Minimum 2 years’ experience in housing/property admin or repairs coordination is essential Confident communicator – written and verbal Strong IT skills and a great eye for detail Experience processing invoices and using schedules of rates Positive, proactive, and resident-focused
