* Work with product managers to establish, deliver and maintain appropriate roadmap and backlog views, tailored to the audience and use case
* Operate the planning cadence, coordinating the stakeholders and ensuring capacity, dependencies and risks visible
* Help define and own key product processes across product teams; (e.g. how teams interface with one another, the right communication and decision channels), and ensure they are implemented and continuously improved based on feedback and business needs
* Keep a shared release calendar and publish short “what’s new” notes
* Ensure smooth interfaces and information flow between the various teams involved in product releases – including product, customer success and commercial
* Standardise customer research operations - recruitment, consent, scheduling – and ensure insights are shared and distributed in right contexts for maximum impact
* Work with the CS team to close the loop with customers on shipped changes; track impact on satisfaction/renewals
