Hours of work: Full time. Night shifts - 36 hours per week.
Shifts: Our shifts run from 8 till 8.
Key Experience/Characteristics required
Our Healthcare Assistants must have the right caring mind set and be passionate about helping people.
You must enjoy spending time with people and building relationships. You must be a good listener and communicator.
You should either hold an NVQ level 2 in Health and Social Care or be committed to working towards this, by making the most of our free training programmes provided.
You must live within a commutable distance to Wigan.
Responsibilities
Assist residents with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and grooming during night shifts.
Support the implementation of care plans tailored to individual needs, ensuring high-quality care.
Maintain a safe and clean environment within the care home, adhering to health and safety standards.
Communicate effectively with residents and team members, utilizing strong English and IT skills to document care activities.
