Commercial Property Solicitor – Leading Firm | Hertfordshire
Salary: Up to £75,000 (Dependent on experience)
PQE: 1–4 Years

I'm currently working in partnership with a highly regarded and progressive law firm based in Hertfordshire, who are looking to expand their successful Commercial Property team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Commercial Property Solicitor with 1–4 years’ PQE, particularly someone with strong enfranchisement experience and ideally some background in residential property.

The Role: You’ll manage a varied and high-quality caseload of commercial property matters with a focus on enfranchisement. This includes:
* Advising clients on lease extensions, collective enfranchisement, and right to manage claims
* Drafting and reviewing legal documents related to freehold and leasehold property
* Liaising with clients, surveyors, and legal professionals
* Supporting broader property transactions, including residential elements where appropriate
* Contributing to the team’s business development activities, including seminars and article writing
About You: The ideal candidate will be:
* A qualified Solicitor in England and Wales with 1–4 years PQE, with enfranchisement experience
* Technically strong and up to date with relevant legislation
* Commercially aware with a practical, problem-solving approach
* Client-focused, well-organised, and detail-oriented
* A confident communicator who can build and maintain strong relationships
* Enthusiastic about business development and team collaboration
