UK | £110,000 – £140,000 + Executive Package
We're recruiting for a Construction Director on behalf of a growing Principal Contractor / Main Contractor delivering high-specification Commercial Office, Healthcare and Light Industrial Construction & Fit Out projects across the South of England
This is a senior leadership opportunity for an experienced Construction Director, Contracts Director, Head of Construction or Senior Operations Manager looking to play a key role in both operational delivery and strategic business growth.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead construction operations across multiple Construction & Fit Out projects
*
Manage Contracts Managers and Project Managers
*
Drive programme delivery, cost control and profitability (P&L responsibility)
*
Manage project budgets, risk, resources and logistics
*
Maintain strong client relationships at senior level
*
Ensure contractual compliance and resolve commercial issues
*
Work closely with Pre-Construction, Estimating and Bid teams
*
Support the Managing Director in delivering the company growth strategy
Candidate Requirements:
*
Proven experience with a Principal Contractor or Main Contractor
*
Strong background delivering UK Commercial Office and/or Light Industrial construction projects
*
Excellent commercial acumen and operational leadership experience
*
Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
*
Strategic mindset with hands-on delivery capability
Package:

£110,000 – £140,000 base salary (DOE)
