How you'll make an impact As a Senior Pension Operations Associate, you will hold a meaningful position in maintaining the seamless functioning of our pension services. Your key responsibilities will include: Carrying out and checking administration tasks in a timely manner and in accordance with internal processes and adhering to company policies and governing regulations. Managing your workload, taking into consideration time required for all cases to be peer reviewed. Liaising with scheme members through a variety of channels including email, letter, or telephone. Preparing and checking member correspondence and data inputs into client reports. Responsible for processing bulk tracing exercises, ensuring that data is handled securely. Working together with colleagues and developing connections with supporting teams. Offering assistance to colleagues and supporting the Team Leader when needed. Interacting and maintaining presence with team members and the Team Leader throughout the day. Assisting the administration team where necessary. About You To be successful in this role, you should have: Experience of administration, ideally within financial services. Ability to process, collect and input data accurately. Strong prioritisation skills to meet deadlines and disclosure requirements. Excellent communication skills to answer queries by telephone, letter, and email.
