Overview
We are recruiting for a Nurse Deputy Team Leader to support a young person with complex medical needs. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with a young person with complex medical needs, providing both hands-on care and supporting team leadership. The client is a 13-year-old with a spinal cord injury, ventilator dependency, tracheostomy, suprapubic catheter, and epilepsy. They are bright, resilient, and enjoy learning, reading, and spending time with their family and friends.
You will be part of a small, skilled team delivering care in the client’s home and community. The family value professionalism, respect, and clear boundaries, with staff focusing on medical needs while enabling family and social life to flourish.
