Job Title: Technical Customer Support

Description:
We are currently looking to recruit an enthusiastic team player to join our clients Technical Customer Support team. They are a family run, successful and well established business based near Earlswood. A background in Customer Service, ideally with IT is required.
Key Duties:
To work closely with businesses over the phone, email and live chat, to provide support and training for both software and hardware
Ensure that customers receive full set up and ongoing support for full range of software
Ensure all customer needs are met by providing regular check-ups, detailed software guidance calls and email support
Support with occasional opportunities to provide face to face training and technical support to customers across the UK and Ireland
To work closely across all teams from Membership Customer Service, Management, Software Development, Business Development and Sales & Marketing, to ensure constant up to date knowledge of all areas of the business
