Job Description: Showroom Sales Associate
Join our team to promote the Tuckwell brand and drive sales in a dynamic showroom environment. Collaborate with the Showroom Sales Team to enhance customer experience and achieve sales targets.
Working Hours
42.5 hours per week, including every other Saturday morning on a rota basis.
Key Responsibilities
1. Assist customers by providing advice on equipment options and suitability, and prepare machinery specifications and quotations.
2. Deliver excellent customer service in the showroom.
3. Follow all sales process steps to maximize sales performance, utilizing available sales tools from our suppliers.
4. Maintain current knowledge of product features, benefits, accessories, and attend relevant sales training.
5. Support local and regional shows and events.
6. Monitor competitor activity and communicate insights to sales management. Coordinate with relevant teams for deliveries, demonstrations, and follow-ups.
7. Promote and manage web sales effectively.
8. Drive seasonal promotions, advertising, and maintain showroom pricing to align with promotional activities.
9. Develop showroom layouts and seasonal displays to attract customers.
10. Ensure accurate arrangements for deliveries and demonstrations with keen attention to detail.
11. Utilize CRM systems to log enquiries, opportunities, and contacts.
