Position: Night Senior Support Worker
Location: Hill House School, Lymington, Hampshire
Hours: 43.75 hours per week (Full Time, Permanent)
Annual Leave: 6 weeks
Salary: £34,989.50
Closing Date: Thursday 30 April 2026

Responsibilities
* Give constructive feedback to Night Support Workers and act as a mentor
* Lead shifts and carry out appropriate debriefs as required
* Notify management promptly of any matters relevant to the well‑being of young people
* Possess knowledge of relevant standards and how these are implemented into the care setting
* Keep up to date with all procedures and policy changes and actively disseminate information to the team
* Write accurate and comprehensive reports for reviews and maintain written records for monitoring purposes
* Build good positive professional relationships with the young people and other staff, and disengage appropriately when needed
About the School
Hill House School is part of the Cambian Caretech group and supports students and adults aged 11‑19 with a range of needs including autism, learning difficulties, challenging behaviours and complex care needs. The school is located in Lymington and was recently rated "OUTSTANDING" by Ofsted.
