Grounds Maintenance Operative Location: Epsom, Surrey Hourly wage: £12.45 (40 hours per week) Monday to Friday, 7.30am to 4pm Seasonal, ongoing contract The aim of this role is to assistant the local authority’s grounds maintenance team with verges on public roads, parks and open spaces. Previous grounds maintenance experience is essential. A full, manual driving licence is preferred. * Grass and hedge cutting using petrol mowers, strimmers and hedge cutters * Litter picking and sweeping * Leaf clearance with brooms/shovels and petrol blowers * A good team player * Basic flowerbed maintenance including weeding * Ensure you work in the safest possible way at all times * Reliable and a good timekeeper * Some driving of a 3.5tn van (if you have a licence) Please apply with your CV via the apply button
