What will you be doing?
* Managing module setup and ensuring all CAPEX is correctly coded
* Overseeing transactional uploads
* Collaborating with external cost consultants to report actuals against budgets monthly
* Recognizing cost accruals during the month-end reporting cycle
* Preparing CAPEX figures for monthly drawdowns and providing variance analysis to the Treasury team
* Handling tax and reporting obligations
* Actualizing portfolio CAPEX monthly and generating insightful reports
* Producing financial reports for the development team regarding land and assets under construction
* Supporting the preparation of monthly and management accounts
* Responding to ad hoc queries
What skills will you need?
* Qualified in ACCA, ACA, or CIMA
* Experience as a Management Accountant in the property sector
* Ambitious attitude with initiative and drive
* Strong Excel skills
* Experience with Power BI is preferred
