The post holder will be responsible for managing the benefits realisation aspects of the New Electronic Patient Record (EPR) Programme, including:
* Developing a benefits realisation strategy for the Programme, establishing supporting policies, processes, structures, environment, and reporting arrangements that facilitate benefits realisation.
* Identifying, planning, measuring, costing, and tracking the realisation of benefits related to the Programme, and reporting progress to the Programme Team.
* Developing a benefits register that includes attributes, measurement, ownership, risks, dependencies, and links to stakeholders to support benefits tracking.
* Educating stakeholders within the Trust on benefits realisation processes and embedding the strategy into the Trust culture.
* Working with business owners to ensure necessary process redesign occurs to enable delivery of identified benefits.
Please note: The successful applicant is expected to work from County Hall regularly.
The post holder will provide significant expertise in benefits management and realisation for the New EPR Programme, establishing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholder groups to seek consensus and alignment.
Responsibilities include:
* Engaging staff through workshops and interviews to explain benefits realisation, assess potential benefits/dis-benefits, and secure ownership, overcoming resistance.
* Collaborating with project and workstream leads to monitor progress and resolve blockages.
