Oldham College is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Programme Tutor in Travel & Tourism to join our Faculty of Retail and Commercial.

The Role
As a Programme Tutor, you will:
* Deliver engaging and high-quality teaching, learning and assessment across Travel & Tourism programmes.
* Set stretching and supportive targets that help learners achieve their full potential.
* Design and deliver innovative course materials that reflect current industry standards and trends.
* Support learners’ personal development, employability skills and progression opportunities.
* Contribute to curriculum development, quality assurance and enrichment activities within the Faculty.
About You
We are looking for someone who has:
* Strong subject knowledge and up-to-date vocational expertise in Travel, Tourism, Aviation or Hospitality.
* A recognised teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards one).
* Experience of delivering engaging lessons and supporting learner achievement.
* Excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire.
* A commitment to safeguarding, equality of opportunity and continuous professional development.
