Meraki Talent are currently recruiting a Finance Assistant to join one of our clients based in Glasgow City Centre. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in finance principles, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Assist with day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable and receivable, invoice processing, and expense tracking. Prepare and maintain financial documents such as invoices, bills, and bank statements. Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analysing account information. Assist in the preparation of financial reports, forecasts, and budgets. Support the finance team in various ad-hoc projects and tasks as needed. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. Previous experience in a finance-related role is preferred but not required. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
