We are looking for an experienced HR professional to join our Clients busy team.
This role is a generalist, that would suit someone who is ambitious and looking to grow and develop, with high attention to detail and people focus.
* Provide day to day HR support to the business
* Working with the team to ensure accurate HR and people records
* Producing reports and contributing to project work
* Assisting on employee relations issues. Ensuring colleague confidentiality is maintained and all personal information is handled sensitively
* Managing the administration of recruitment and the induction process
* Ensure the business is compliant with current employment legislation and HR best practice
* Developing relationships with internal teams, suppliers and recruiters
* Ensuring in-depth knowledge of HR policies and procedures
What's needed
* Minimum 3 years’ experience in an HR generalist role
* 1- 2 years at HR/People Advisor or equivalent level
* CIPD or studying towards
