Location: Holytown, UK
Summary:
Maxim Park is an office park located on the M8 motorway between Glasgow and Edinburgh, comprising 10 modern office buildings on 750,000 square feet of landscaped grounds. The Role:
This position is for a site-based Sustainability and Community Coordinator.
Role Summary:
The Sustainability & Community Coordinator will engage with stakeholders to develop, implement, and report on biodiversity and active travel programmes, supporting the wider ESG strategy to help tenants reach Net Zero. The role involves managing engaging events to promote work-life balance, including food events, competitions, and community spaces. Relationship management and customer focus are key.
Responsibilities include:
* Driving the park’s sustainability strategy
* Managing travel strategies (public transport, cycling, electrification, car sharing)
* Creating and hosting on-site events
* Managing social media channels
* Administrative support for park operations
* Reception duties as needed
* Budgeting and reporting for projects and events
Reporting Relationships:
* Reporting to: Maxim’s Director of Park Services
* Collaborating with: Operations Team, Security, Asset Management, and Sustainability Directors
Key skills include relationship building, effective communication, innovative engagement ideas, understanding of sustainability issues, multitasking, flexibility, attention to detail, and teamwork. Sustainability experience is desirable but not essential, as training will be provided.
