Sourcing Controller – Harrow (Hybrid)
£70,000 + bonuses + benefits
A great opportunity for an experienced sourcing/buying professional to lead strategy, supplier relationships, and cost optimisation across key own-label categories.
What you’ll do:
* Own and deliver category sourcing strategy
* Lead supplier negotiations and COGS reduction plans
* Improve service levels and supplier performance
* Identify new sourcing opportunities and manage tenders
* Manage and develop a small team
* Oversee P&L for core buying areas
What you’ll bring:
* 5+ years buying experience (retail/wholesale)
* Strong own-label and COGS management background
* Proven negotiation and supplier management skills
* Strong analytical capability and advanced Excel
* Experience working in a matrix environment
* Confident communicator with leadership experience
