Legal PA Edinburgh Focus on Private Client & Tax A national big-four law firm is keen to bring in an experienced Legal PA to join its friendly team in Edinburgh. The main purpose of the role is to help deliver exceptional, proactive and experienced personal assistant support to a team of partners and fee earners. Reasons this role is worth exploring further: Quality work life balance with hybrid working 50% in the office Beautiful central office near Haymarket Group Life Assurance 4 x salary Pension matched up to 5% Bupa Scheme Bonus Scheme up to 15% salary Critical Illness Cover 26-30 days holiday bank holidays Cycle to Work scheme Travel Loan scheme Buy/sell holidays Some of your day-to-day tasks & responsibilities: Assist a team of 6 fee earners Handle client/matter opening and closing, including conflict checks, liaising with Finance/AML and creating engagement letters Manage diaries, check weekly/monthly commitments, book rooms, catering, IT support, and communicate with attendees Oversee email accounts, including partner inboxes and those of absent fee earners Manage email storage and filing Attend team meetings: manage attendance, room setup, technology and note-taking Handle billing, payment and client fee portals Produce and send invoices, resolve queries and manage purchase orders Undertake filing/scanning, photocopying and binding Assist clients as needed Arrange travel, manage itineraries & diaries and reclaim expenses Liaise with support teams (Finance, Facilities, Reception, Marketing, IT) Provide support to the wider PA group as required Perform ad hoc admin tasks Do you have what it takes to be successful? Three years' experience gained within a comparable environment and at an appropriate level Existing experience being a personal assistant to a team and not just one partner/fee earner Interested?
