To help fuel that growth, we need a Head of Sales to join our Management team in the UK and play a crucial role in our ambitious growth plans.
Reporting directly to the UK Country Manager, the new Head of Sales will be responsible for the performance of our ancillary products and of our pay-monthly proposition, as well as manage relationships with our main distribution partners. Youll combine strategic thinking with highly effective execution to select and implement initiatives to bring the most value to Prima and our customers. Youll work closely with our UK Head of Pricing & Underwriting, our Product and Technology teams, other functions and key external partners to improve existing products and launch new ones.

What youll do

* Drive Profitable Growth: Take ownership of strategic business KPIs and grow our business profitably, while ensuring an outstanding customer experience. Transform ideas into action at speed with our we make it happen culture.
* Deliver Impact through Senior Leadership: Establish a critical, influential presence working directly with Primas management and key decision-makers across Business, Finance, Product, and IT Engineering.
* Maximise Customer Lifetime Value (LTV): Design and execute strategies focused on maximising the LTV of the online customer base.
* Manage key partners: Leverage and grow relationships with strategic partners (e.g., price comparison websites), securing strong commercial terms and exploring new opportunities.
* Direct Product Evolution: Identify and define both current and future online product needs, then drive cross-functional alignment with stakeholders to design, architect, and launch these market-defining products.


What were looking for

* P&L and Commercial Leadership: Proven managerial experience with direct P&L responsibility, demonstrating a clear focus on driving profitable growth and commercial performance.
* Strategic Background: Experience in a top-tier management consultancy firm or equivalent in-house strategic role is highly valued, demonstrating world-class business acumen and structured problem-solving skills.
* Cross-Functional Business Acumen: A solid understanding of the strategic and execution "logic" across Pricing & Underwriting, Product, and IT Engineering, enabling effective cross-functional collaboration and senior-level decision-making.
* Data-Driven and Analytical Mindset: A deeply data-driven approach to identifying commercial opportunities, diagnosing performance issues and prioritisation of work.
* Autonomy and Entrepreneurial Drive: The ability to operate with great autonomy, owning complex problems end-to-end, and exhibiting a strong entrepreneurial approach to driving business growth and innovation.


Nice to have

* Experience in regulated industries, particularly Finance or Insurance and / or in direct to consumer businesses
* Track record of working with Product and Technology teams.
