We are looking for a Territory Manager, Breast Surgery to launch the new Galaflex Line of Scaffolds in breast cancer surgery and in aesthetic breast surgery. The primary function is to launch, present and sell this portfolio to Breast and Plastic Surgeons, in public and private accounts. This responsibility includes analysing your sales territory, creating a business plan for commercial launch and subsequently executing the plan which enables you to exceed sales quota.
Product Summary – GalaFLEX is a new generation of resorbable scaffolds that enables tissue regeneration to support breast implants and reinforce breast tissue, intended for reconstructive and aesthetic breast surgery. This product line significantly improves patient care and is already being successfully marketed in the United States. https://galaflex.eu/

Main Responsibilities
* Identify key market players (scientific societies, opinion leaders, high potential customers)
* Define and implement an action plan in your territory to achieve quantitative and qualitative objectives, with a focus on key accounts
* Build and nurture trusted relationships with key accounts
* Support them in the trial and adoption of our products
* Deliver a high level of service and partnership to ensure customer and patient satisfaction
* Contribute to the organisation of events (congresses, masterclasses etc.)
* Participate in product listing processes in the institutions under your responsibility
* Collaborate and work in synergy with BD colleagues on strategic accounts
* Conduct competitive intelligence
* Manage the development of your territory via a CRM (Salesforce), entering information daily (opportunities, contacts, events)
* Comply with regulations governing the promotion of medical devices
About You
* A successful track record in selling medical equipment in the operating room/surgical setting
* A professional network in breast and/or aesthetic surgery (highly desirable)
* A growth mindset and an entrepreneurial spirit to grow your business with a product portfolio offering excellent prospects for improving patient care
* Strong drive for results and a high degree of accountability
* Excellent communication, presentation, customer-facing, listening, and collaboration/negotiation skills
* Ability to think creatively and work autonomously
* Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Salesforce.com or similar CRM, digital tools, and standard office software
* Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage)
* Willingness to travel extensively (80% or more)
Salary range for the role: £42,000 – £60,000 + bonus + benefits
