Location: New contract in Grimsby office (TBC)
Salary: £36,628 per annum

As a Branch Manager, you’ll lead a dedicated care team—including Care Coordinators and Field Care Supervisors—ensuring outstanding service, driving compliance, and growing your branch, all while making a real difference in people’s lives.
What You’ll Bring:
* Experienced Leadership: You’re an efficient, organized manager with a passion for community care. Ideally, you hold an NVQ Level 5 qualification or have a strong understanding of the statutory and regulatory framework relating to our services. Solid budget management, business acumen, and commercial skills are essential.
* Ready to Step Up? If you’re a Deputy Manager with industry experience and a deep understanding of CQC standards, we’re happy to support your first step into management. You should either be working towards your NVQ Level 5 or be open to pursuing it.
Job Description
What you’ll do
The Registered Manager will oversee daily operations and develop a successful care team delivering personal care services to our clients. You will ensure adequate staffing, maintain high standards of care, and ensure all processes are followed and documented. You will also be responsible for compliance with quality standards, internal policies, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications
What You’ll Bring:
* Experience in community care management, with strong organizational skills.
* NVQ Level 5 qualification or working towards it.
* Understanding of CQC standards and regulatory frameworks.
