We are seeking a Physics Teacher to join our dynamic science department, teaching Physics at Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, with strong support for Early Career Teachers and experienced colleagues.

Your Role as a Physics Teacher
* Teaching Physics to Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students, delivering engaging and thought-provoking lessons
* Planning and executing high-quality lessons that promote scientific thinking and foster a deep understanding of Physics
* Supporting students in their academic journey, helping them achieve their potential in Physics
* Mentoring less experienced colleagues or trainees, sharing your expertise as a capable Physics Teacher
* Contributing to the development of the Physics curriculum and taking part in departmental planning
* Participating in wider school activities, including science-related events, clubs, and academic competitions
Qualifications and Expectations
* Holds qualified teacher status (QTS) or is in the process of obtaining it (ECTs and experienced teachers welcome)
* Has a passion for teaching Physics and inspiring students to succeed in the subject
* Is committed to creating an inclusive and supportive classroom environment where all students can thrive
* Works well within a team and is eager to collaborate with other Physics Teachers to improve teaching practices
* Demonstrates a commitment to continuous professional development and high teaching standards
