This position provides direct PA support to the Head of the Private Client Team and Equity Partner of the firm. It is a newly developed role based in our busy Cheltenham office and would suit a meticulous individual.
Responsibilities
* Proactive diary management for allocated Partner.
* Being the first point of contact for clients.
* Administrative and business support for allocated Partner.
* Preparing correspondence and documents through word-processing and audio typing.
* Drafting and formatting letters, documents and forms.
* Assisting with the preparation of all financial transactions as required.
About You
* Experience within a legal or professional services environment, previous exposure to private client work being advantageous.
* Sound IT knowledge including Microsoft Office suite and Teams.
* Demonstrated history with diary management.
* Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to confidentiality.
* Accurate typing abilities; audio typing skills would be highly desirable.
* History of client contact.
* Ability to organise ever-changing priorities.
