Job Title: Account / Project Manager
A market-leading global business is seeking an Account / Project Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of the print industry and experience managing key client accounts. Personal attributes should include tenacity, exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and confidence in communication.
The Role:
1. Manage global client accounts and develop lasting business relationships.
2. Manage new projects through to completion, including artwork creation.
3. Coordinate closely with design, sales, and finance departments.
4. Identify and resolve potential issues proactively.
5. Maintain detailed records of pricing, reporting, and administrative tasks.
The Candidate:
1. Proven experience in key client account and project management.
2. Knowledge of the print/packaging industry is preferred.
3. Strong communication skills, detail-oriented, able to prioritize, and proactive.
4. Ability to liaise effectively with other departments regarding deadlines.
5. Advanced IT skills, especially in Microsoft Excel.
Benefits:
* Salary: £30,000
* Early leave on Fridays
