Job Title: Regional Sales Manager Rooflights, Smoke Ventilation & Glass Roofs x3
Area to be covered: South West, South Wales & South Central
Remuneration: £60,000 - £65,000 + 25% bonus
Benefits: £650 car allowance & full benefits package

Role summary: The role involves selling a high quality manufactured range of daylight systems and related products, with a focus on specification-led sales to architects, building surveyors, tier 1 contractors, roofing contractors and installers.
Target: circa £1m turnover with project sizes ranging from £20k to £350k+
Typical projects: predominantly commercial (universities, colleges, gyms, hospitals, etc.).
Role emphasis: balance of new business development and account management; CRM maintenance; collaboration with internal and external support teams; guiding the design-build process through to installation; strong organisational skills.
Responsibilities
* Sell a high quality manufactured range of daylight systems (roof glazing, roof windows, roof domes, large glass systems, daylight windows, glazing ventilation systems, smoke exhaust systems, heat systems).
* Generate specification opportunities with architects, building surveyors, tier 1 contractors, roofing contractors and installers.
* Manage and develop relationships on both new business and existing accounts to drive revenue growth.
* Maintain and update the CRM system to track opportunities, activities and forecasts.
* Collaborate with internal and external support teams to optimise the sales process.
* Follow the design-build process through to installation.
* Apply strong planning and organisational skills (punctuality and forward planning).
Qualifications & Experience
* Must have experience selling a technical product such as glass, glazing, roof windows, daylight systems, glazing systems, cladding, facades, canopies, roof lights, skylights, ceilings, curtain walling, smoke ventilation systems, or related products.
* Must have sold through specification via architects or Tier 1 contractors.
* Ideally possess contacts with large Tier 1 contractors or architect practices.
* Must be hungry and passionate about progressing within your career.
* Must have technical understanding and experience conducting CPDs.
* Strong work ethic with ambition to grow sales career.
* Strong computer literacy skills.
