Cardiff Orthodontic Laboratory, located in Llanishen, Cardiff, is on the lookout for a 3D printing technician and office admin support. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to manage an entire 3D printing cycle including scanning, file set up, printing, washing, curing, and finishing. To communicate directly with external labs and dental professionals via telephone, email and various digital platforms. Track and organise digital files and printed models ensuring orders meet time deadlines. Managing stock control for 3d printing supplies and to maintain a stock of 3d printers. The successful candidate will also support the office administrator in coordinating work with clients and our team, taking phone calls, packing and dispatching, and any other tasks to help with the smooth running of the lab. No two days are the same.

Responsibilities
* Managing 3D printing stock
* Perform basic maintenance when required on a range of 3D printers
* Scan, download, print, wash, cure and label printed models
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness
* Performing clerical duties including filing, data entry, and document preparation
* Communicating effectively with team members, clients and external stakeholders
* Maintaining office organization and cleanliness
* Packing and Dispatching
Knowledge, skills and experience required:
* Good level of education, qualifications in GCSE or higher
* Ability to communicate effectively with both external parties and colleagues
* Be able to work under minimal supervision, take initiative and deliver under pressure
* Excellent phone etiquette
* A good team player, always willing to help and know when to ask for help themselves
* Accurate record keeping and attention to detail
* Computer literate with knowledge in software such as Excel & Word
* A willingness to learn and try new things
* Have a customer first approach
